Privacy

We respect your privacy and the personal information you provide to us and we are committed to protecting it. The Privacy Act applies to Impressions on paper Gallery.

We collect your personal information from you when you use our services, ask to be included on a mailing list or you submit the information to us for any other reason connected with our business. If you do not provide the personal information we require it may not be possible to provide you with goods, products or services.

We will use your personal information that you have provided to us to meet your request for products or services including delivery of work, contacting you are providing a payment service. We may also provide your personal information to our advisers (eg lawyers and accountants) if necessary, and use it as otherwise permitted by the National Privacy Principles.

We will only use your credit card information for payment processing. We do not store credit card details on our system.

We may require some information from you under Australian law, eg GST legislation.

By engaging our services or providing information to us we will assume you have consented to the above uses of the personal information that you have provided to us. You may "opt out" of receiving direct marketing information. Unless you opt out we will assume you have consented to the receipt of that information. Terms and Conditions

Prices quoted on our web site are subject to constant change. We cannot guarantee that the work you are interested in will not increase in price before you submit payment. All works on the website are the copyright of the artist and may not be reproduced or copied for any reason.

Delivery

Upon receipt of payment, your work will be forwarded to you by registered Australia Post if it is an unframed work being delivered within Australia. Delivery charges apply.

Work will be sent within 48 hours of receipt of your order and delivery should occur within 5 days. If the work is not immediately available and needs to be ordered from the artist, we will make every reasonable effort to make this clear on our website. However, there may be occasions when delivery cannot be made for a few weeks. In this case we will notify you by email or phone and advise on expected delivery times.
