Privacy 

Impressions on Paper Gallery protects any personal information that is given to us.   Your information will only be used to provide a better service for you.  We will not allow your email address to be used for any purpose other than to contact you with regard to your order, or to send our newsletters if you have requested us to.    We have taken all reasonable steps to protect any information you have provided to us and have stored this information on a secure server.   

Terms and Conditions 

Prices quoted on our web site are subject to constant change.   We cannot guarantee that the work you are interested in will not increase in price before you submit payment.   All works on the website are the copyright of the artist and may not be reproduced or copied for any reason.

Delivery  

Upon receipt of payment, your work will be forwarded to you by registered Australia Post if it is an unframed work being delivered within Australia.   All framed works are delivered by Art Courier within Australia.  Delivery charges apply.

Work will be sent within 48 hours of receipt of your order and delivery should occur within 5 days.   If the work is not immediately available and needs to be ordered from the artist, we will make every reasonable effort to make this clear on our website.   However, there may be occasions when delivery cannot be made for a few weeks, in this case we will refund two thirds of the cost of the work, until we are ready to forward the work to the purchaser.   This will be notified by either email or telephone.
